Can you add friends on yahoo?

well, i have some friends using yahoo chinese blog (http://i.cn.yahoo.com/ ), almost the same layout like yahoo 360, but I don't know how to add them, do i have to creat another yahoo blog in "i.cn.yahoo.com" to be able to add them?

How can I add my contacts from Yahoo Address Book to my Yahoo 360 Friends list?

I use firefox 5 browser with yahoo.co.nz email. Yahoo help says update browser but when I click on suggestion i'm told I already have latest version of firefox. Have tried disabling add ons, restore default search engine, reset tool bar controls in firefox...
