Can not open pictures in an email.

I can't open email pictures so I want to chang default pictures opener.

I want to know what is an easy way to make pictures smaller size in a email? What program is the best to edit pictures with? How easy is it to format pictures to the size you want?

since changing to new yahoo mail..all email pictures will not open

I received an email from a friend and it contained some pictures. I am unable to see them for some reason. I would just like to know what I can do to see them.

Right now the pictures come up in Corel Photo House and I want them to come up in My Pictures.

When I get an email with pictures attached I only get and X, how do I prevent this from happening?

Sometimes I just get the picture box with a red X in the corner. Event after clicking on the X to show the picture, it still won't open.
