Best fireworks in Wisconsin or Indiana?

coming from south chicago and need fireworks for holiday party. any thing open in wisonsin or indiana this time of year??? were are all the billboards???

For example, Indiana and Wisconsin are allowed to sell fireworks, but the fireworks they are allowed to sell are illegal to shoot off. What the heck is that????
