Asking someone out on msn?

i want to know other ways to knowing if someone is blocking you or have eliminated you from msn other than asking or seeing if she is online on fb and not on msn

Would it be wierd to add one of your friends on msn without asking them for it like looking on thier facebook? not a close but but someone you talk to occasionally at school.

Can you look up something like IP address. I want to find out without them knowing I am looking.
