How do I go about moving to Paris?

Move to london or paris?????please help every body i really need some help a.s.a.p?

• my parents are artist painters and im 14 and my brother is 12.we are thinking about moving to london or paris my english is so good so i can find friends easily but only my mother speaks french.i know learning french is SO HARD but the only think that my parents want to move to paris(that i don't like cause i love to live in london)is that we have a cheap place to stay in paris cause as i said my parents are artists so we can stay in cite des art and my mother has some friends in france.but my problem is i cant learn french easily so how can i go to school??????i don't wanna waste 1 year of my life to learn french.my father is a professor of art university and he speaks english well but I don't think he can teach in a school or university in paris easily because he cant speak french.BUT I THINK THE PROBLEM OF MY PARENTS IS GETTING VISA AND WORK PERMITION BECAUSE WE CAN GET FRENCH VISA EASILY BUT WHAT A BOUT LONDON??????????/ PLEASE HELP IF YOU WERE ME WHAT WOULD YOU DO?????????? please help??????????????????????????im confusing :(

  If they can get a visa for France, then go for it. They have almost no chance of getting a visa to the UK as artists are not considered a 'shortage occupation' that would qualify for a visa
