• okay i need 2 train tickets for barnsley to london(wembley arena), child on the 15th of june. return same day go there time, around 9am come back time around 11.30 i need the cheepest fair possible, could some one tell me the cheepest one, and what train it is and how long it takes to get there to online train time table just confuses me ahah! this is sooo much appreciated i'm meen srsly thank u so much! :)

  Because Barnsley is so far away from London, it's going to take you almost four hours and three train changes to get to Wembley Stadium. It really is a mine-field of prices I'm afraid. And being such a long distance, the fare is pretty high. If you want cheap fares, you won't actually be able to get there until 11:18. And even that will cost you £69.35 return for a child fare (£138.70 adult fare). If thats price is reasonable, then these are the train you can get: 06:58am Northern Rail from Barnsley to Sheffield 07:41am East Midlands Trains from Sheffield to St Pancras 10:05am London Underground from St Pancras to Waterloo 10:57am Waterloo to Wembley Central at 11:18 Coming back, just follow the route in reverse order. Prices above are Off-Peak fares; you could go earlier (eg. 05:23am) but that would be an Anytime fare and that would cost you £113.50 child return, or £227 adult return. You may be able to pick up some cheaper advance fares if you book in advance either online or at your station ticket office. I've just seen some as cheap as £16.25 single. I'm sorry to be the bringer of bad news. I too hate the fact that train travel is so expensive. It may be cheaper to travel to Sheffield, and catch a Megabus coach to London, then use the tube to get to Wembley. I've just had a look and you could get a return Megabus fare for £10. You would have to pay for the tube, you'd have to get up early but its alot cheaper than taking the train.
