• I'm taking the man I like to London for our first date, and looking for some ideas for a slightly romantic, off the beaten track day - we're not looking to spend LOADS of money, and it will be cold (we're going in January) so nothing that requires tooo much sunny weather. Go to the TKTS booth on the day in Leicester Square and go and see a random play - whatever they have that's cheapest. You might be pleasantly surprised. Go on a canal boat cruise from Little Venice, enjoy waving from your canal boat at the shoppers in Camden Lock. Book a champagne flight on the London Eye
