What are good nightlife spots in Paris?

Where's the best location to stay in London? Paris?

  • I'm looking to be near bars for nightlife and general areas that are close to tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc....I know there's a subway system so that'll be nice and thus I'm guessing I need to have a hotel closer to the most popular nightlife (beer drinking) spots. Thanks in advance for your help. Also, if you have any advice on Paris too, I'd appreciate it (close to the Eiffel Tower but close to bars / restaurants).

    Websites like viewlondon and time out should give you some ideas. Areas with good nightlife are Soho, Shoreditch, Covent Garden, Camden. It depends how much money you have. Check on the website tfl.gov.uk that you can get a night bus back to your hotel - way cheaper than a taxi!

There isnt one location in each of those cities that is best because they both have multi-centres and excellent public transport to get around. Tripadvisor will give you lots of suggestions and recommendations depending on the price you want to pay,
