How to get from Oxford Street to Thorpe Park?

    I would use www.transportdirect.info You can plan your journey by car or public transport. It woill give you all your ticket prices for the trains and also the likely cost of going by car. Just click on 'Plan a journey' and plan your journey and then on tickets and costs. For a single journey you are looking at £7.00 by train and about £15.00 take the car. I've done that for 7th November. Good luck

Take the Underground Bakerloo Line from Oxford Circus to Waterloo Station; then an SWT train to Staines which takes 35 minutes (not as above). They run 4 times per hour. From outside Staines Station a 950 bus will take you the short distance to Thorpe Park The cheapest ticket is a comined train/bus/Thorpe Park Admission ticket which you can buy from the RAIL ticket office at Waterloo Station www.southwesttrains.co.uk Thorpe Park closes for the winter after November 6th

I would go from Waterloo and get the train straight to Staines which takes about an hour and a half. I've done it twice before and I can't remember the price because it was about a year ago I last went by train. But once there you can get a bus as soon as you get off the train or cab. Edit! Sorry I didn't see you were talking about going via car! Driving I would go via the M25.
