Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in central london?

Two people would like to stay in a central london hotel for one night in February (Saturday - Sunday). The budget is £100 in total. Any ideas? The lastminute.com secret hotels are a little too risky!

The 4* Park Plaza Riverbank is located on the South Bank with stunning views over the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben etc, £79 for a double room for one night in February at the moment!
