Almost certainly there are. We have some black Kenyans in Huddersfield so I see no reason as to why they should not be in London considering that it appears that all other nationalities live there...

No, London has a strict 'No Black Kenyan' policy, and they are prohibited from entering. That is to say, of course there are. Unless theres some law or something prohibiting them from going to a city or living in it, you can probably find people of every nationality in every major city the world over if you look hard enough.
