All of these places have very nice and not so nice areas. I think you would find this wherever you may be looking to visit or live. Middlesex is a county not a town. and officially doesn't exist any longer. Wembley & Kingsbury are very close to each other. North West London is a huge area, so you can't generalise. Seeing as you added details, Brent has a very large Asian community. some of whom live in extremely nice houses and areas and some in not so nice areas. I don't see this as a reason not to live there. It also has quite a large & prominent Jewish community

Wembley is like living in Gujarat, India. Its very cosmopolitan there but personally I would not like to live there.

Some parts maybe. I know people that live in Middlesex and they seem quite happy to live there. However, some parts may not be so nice - you have to see if you can talk to people who live in those areas.
