When is spring break and summer break for London, UK?

We don't have anything called Spring break in England. Most English uni's (Im not sure about the rest of the UK, it could be the same) break up for Easter. Some get three weeks off, some just 2. It depends on the rest of the year, and if the institute gives things like reading week. Some places give a week off when the kids have half term (last week of Feb I believe) and so they have just the two weeks off for easter, so they break up friday 30th March and go back on the 16th. Everyone gets easter off though. Again, we don't have anything called summer break. Universities students break up at different times usually depending upon what year they are in. There is no set or defined rule for uni's, they set their own calander. Its usually around June if I had to give a time frame.

Hi there, we do not have "spring break". We have Easter Holidays and Summer Holidays. Different Universities and schools will have their holidays at different times and holidays in England are different to those in Scotland. It is probably best to check a few universities websites to see what the average is. Here in Lambeth, our schools holidays are from the Monday the 2nd to Friday 13th of April inclusive of both dates. We usually get 2 weeks for Easter. People in the work place get the Friday and the Monday off work for Good Friday and Easter Monday. Our Summer Holidays are from Tues 24th of July and go back on the Tues 4th of September. There is also a week off in June from the 4th to the 8th of June. People in the workplace get the Monday and the Tuesday 4th and 5th of June off this year because of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
