HOW TO FIND JOBS IN EUROPE?

i wanna work in Europe, how can i find job in Europe i am a Civil Engineer from Philippines but i currently working here in Saudi Arabia for 3 years as QS, is there any chances to find job through online? please give me some advice on how can i find job in Europe.. hope wanna hear good suggestion from you..i have relatives there also,could they help me?please tell me some advice.

Applying for and getting a visa will be your biggest issue................ I suggest you go onlineand look at the European country of your choice border controls first and see what is required and if you are able to get a visa...................from the Philippines you have very little chance of getting a visa for the EU
