What is Air Canada top tier?

Have U had a hassle with AIR CANADA? Did they change your reservation and not compensate you or offer a refund

• AIR CANADA DO NOT CARE ABOUT DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I paid for a flight 3 months in advance. After 2 weeks they rescheduled the departure time making it EARLIER by 1 hour and 55 minutes. I NEEDED that time to make a connection change within the same airport, so consequently I COULD NOT then make the connection to the Air Canada flight. AIR CANADA REFUSED to offer a refund, Refused to get me on to another airline, and in fact advertised the same trip at a LOWER PRICE without offering me the difference in the amount they already had from me. Does AIR CANADA really think or CARE that I will give them BAD PRESS? ARROGANCE is what comes to mind. My suggestion is BEWARE. IF you have any alternative, DO NOT patronize AIR CANADA.

  Air Canada is pretty much the only airline into and out of Canada. It's a manopoly. Manopolies don't HAVE to care. They're the only game in town. I hate them too.
