There are lots of hostels around Vauxhall station too and treatment services around Camberwell Green so both of these inevitably attract homeless people.

Lincolns inn fields, off the Kingsway WC2, particularly at certain times of the evening when the soup kitchen arrives. It also moves to Temple place off the victoria embankment, where you will also find the homeless in large quantities.
