Good places to party in London, England?

• Going to London for our first time with a few of my buddies and we are looking for suggestions for where a group of guys in their 30's and 40's can go for a few pints and hang out with locals? Looking for something away from the "tourist traps" and not overly crowded... Much appreciated..
