How good is Liverpool University?

How to travel from liverpool to university of central lancashire?

  • what ways are there, how much time does it take, and most importantly how much does it cost? I'd be much thankful, any help so fast please

  • Answer:

The University of Central Lancashire is about 10-15 mins walk away from Preston railway station. I'm almost 100% sure that there is a direct train from Liverpool Lime Street railway station to Preston railway station but if not, you can do what roddysul suggested. Cost depends on the time of day you go, how far in advance or book or whether you book on the day, whether you have a student railcard, whether you get a single or a return - all sorts. You will need to do a search on a site such as http://virgintrains.co.uk which lets you plan any train journey in the UK and gives a price guide for journeys.

Other answers

I think it's walkable from preston rail station so your options are - Merseyrail to Ormskirk from Central or Moorfields then Northern rail or else City line to Wigan from lime Street then Virgin trains. Can't give you info on prices I'm afraid. Presumably there is a student rail card that will help
