When will nightwish release their next album?

Why did Franz Ferdinand release “Ulysses” as their first single on their new album, “next”?

I was actually not going to get the album at all after hearing that song. But I got the album anyway. I love the rest of the songs on the album except that one. Why did they not release “Cant Stop Feeling”, “Lucid Dreams” Twilight Omens or “Kiss me Katherine”? As a first single, or any other song on the album? It just seems to stand out as the worse song on the whole album. Was it because it has a cool name? I don’t understand. The rest of the album is fabulous. They are a great band. Such a great sound, very talented and classy. Did they release “Ulysses” first because it is controversial? Please explain Scotland. Cheers

9 times out 10 the band doesn't have a choice. The radio company just picks the song they think is most radio friendly.
