Is scotland worth visiting in the winter time?

It might be different to the summer but if you can get up North (Inverness and so on) there is something to be said about the misty evenings, icey lochs and snowy topped hills! I may be bias, but I agree that Scotland is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year!
