When you mail a letter to Edinburgh from another country...?
-
... must the word "Scotland" or "United Kingdom" or both be included in the address on the envelope?

Answer:
If you put Edinburgh and the postcode, with either the UK or Scotland it should get there. Probably putting the UK would be the best bet.
