    health and stuff is all free but cost of living is very high (even compared to the rest of the uk) but it is a very nice safe place, but if you dont like drags queens and gay people then stay away lol

Brighton is one of the most expensive cities in the UK due to its growing popularity and also being refered to the little London by the sea - which i agree with. COST OF LIVING COMFORTABLY: Difficult to predict. Food is average priced. Public transport is quite expensive: bus = £1.30 for a single journey but you can buy monthly tickets. Go out drinking is cheaper than London but still quite pricey e.g. £4 a pint on average - more expenisve in the clubs PROPERTIES RENT: for a nice comfortable 1 bedroom flat look to spend around £700 a month PROPERTIES BUY: for a nice 1 bedroom flat look to spend at least £200,000 HEALTH INSURANCE: Free Though Brighton is not cheap it is a fantastic place to live
