Where's A Good Place To Host An Event In Brighton?

Looking for a large area in Brighton where we could get permission to host a mini festival. We have a lot of friends that are in bands/DJ's and we are basically looking to promote ourselves by hosting a miniture version of the V-Festival and earning our money back from advertising/costs through tickets and drinks. Answer:
The beach will be a tough one due to the problems that fat boy slim had and still does have. You need a large area in the country not far from Brighton where people can camp as well. It is not easy to hold a festival as the local council have to approve it and you have to set up security and the emergency services have to be happy, there is a lot of planning that goes into organising a festival.
