Hi, I m Nilesh.I need suggestions regarding gifts.I am in uk west midlands , westbromwich & I need some gifts suggestion for family in india,like souvenir or watches or perfumes. Please let me know some good brands of watches and perfumes, jackets & store names please. Can I get good deals in Argos? Shall I need to check Birmingham or london for shopping?

Hey Nilesh! I love your name, never heard of that one before! What does it mean? Seriously, the best gift, would be to get a stack of gold coins from the UK bank. Just give one gold coin, not the whole stack of 10, as a gift. You dont have to worry about premiums placed on the coins, its not much, and very closely related to spot price. You know, Indians LOVE gold, and they would also love it if its legal tender issued by the UK mint. They won't melt it down, but they'll honour it as much as the time-value of gold and the UK.
