Where is best tattoo place in Birmingham?

Is birmingham the most depressing place in the UK?

  • hey guys ive seen the UK up and down, places have good parts and bad parts, but i have to say nowhere depreses me as much as birmingham - i mean yeh it has run down areas and a couple of nice areas, but as a whole the place is so gray so bleak, the people are the rudest i know, i mean shopkeepers in birmingham are so damn rude, its just so depressing ive been to birmingham about 30 times over 10 years and i can honestly say that in my opinion the most depressing dump in the UK is birmingham - ill take ANY of the places like hull or portsmouth or manchester over birmingham any day! What do you think

Why if it's so depressing has it become the second biggest city in the UK by population when they could have gone somewhere else? Never a problem for me when I visit Birmingham which is around a dozen times a year for nearly thirty years. Why was it listed in the New York Times 100 best places to see for the Birmingham Symphony Hall and the School of Art and many other delights including it's growing gastronomic fame, in a list published in January this year?. Birmingham is doing OK....... Come friendly mills and send your flour To Birmingham near Cannock's hills No being dour over busy grills The city's gastro crowd instills More joy and record breaking tills As rapidly the restaurant fills And diners find their Brummy thrills Increasing till the midnight hour Walk then and let the balti settle Or home and savour from the kettle More aromas of the new found life Of gastronomic man and wife From breads and foreign dishes new From Indian roux and bohemian stew Or Parisian choux or steamed bamboo And coffees from around the world Brown sugar, cream so fondly swirled In Birmingham the new delight For diners in the theatre lights And waterside bohemian bars Offering drinks beneath the stars Where millers profits rise to heights From some new flour's patent rights Soft rolls and crusty thick baguettes Stuffed thick with hams and green courgettes In Birmingham, winner of some grand rosettes For restaurateurs of no regrets.

don't make so many repeat trips then!
