How old do you need to be to enter border patrol?

From UK london Do I need a special document at the border to enter in Belfast ( northern Ireland)?

  i went to belfast about 3 years ago, i drove from dublin to belfast, there was nothing needed if you came though london, becaseu when you are in london (heathrow) they stamp your passport even when you are just connecting to ireland. you do not need any additional paperwork, i wasn't even stopped at the ireland , northern ireland border. When you are in belfast there is a great bar across the street from the hotel that was bombed years ago. i think it was called the castle, its VERY famous. Check it out, it has these great littel enclosed booths!!!
