Do I need a passport to fly from Glasgow to Dublin?

Do I Need a passport to go to Dublin ? ?

  • My passport has run out and its going to be a while before i get a new one. Do I need a passport to go to and stay in Dublin from England (by air (liverpool airport/ manchester airport) not by ferry)

  • Answer:

No, photo I.D. like driving licence will do or national I.D. card. that's presuming your passport is a British one.If you're not an E.U. citizen you'll need to produce a passport.

No you don't need a passport if you travel from the UK. You do need some sort of identification. http://www.worldtravelguide.net/country/126/passport_visa/Europe/Ireland.html
