I'd go for the USA one Dublin is really dirty i found and expensive... and just think how skinny u'll look next to all those spandex lardarses!!!

It mostly gets down th which specific city in the US you would live in. If you are thinking Detroit, then stay in Dublin. If you were thinking for example Seattle or San Diego, then the US might be a better selection. Also the US has lower fuel prices, lower taxes, and non socialized medicine, which are big advantages
