Dublin on Easter weekend 7/8 April. Does everywhere open on Easter Sunday?

Hi! My family will be travelling to Dublin at the Easter Weekend. I know that everywhere closes on Good Friday but what about Saturday and Easter Sunday? Do the shops, restaurants and tourist places close for the weekend? Here in the UK everything closes on Easter Sunday and there's nothing to do. We don't want to travel over if everything closes. Any information appreicated. Thanks!

Alot of places used to close Easter Sunday, but unfortunately in recent years, the tide has changed on this front. But still might be find alot of places closed. Good friday everything is open except for pubs and off-licenses.

Most places will be open but you cannot get served alcohol on Good Friday
