If you know a company which needs also other employees, please can you inform me ? I also would like to go to work in Turkey, because I don't have documents in France ( I am illegal worker here, and french police are looking for all the illegal foreigners to throw them out of the country ). If a turkish company accepts to employ me, so I think the turkish gouvernement will give me a visa and a home.

I don't want to disappoint you, but the wages for stocking shelves in Turkey are *really* low--something in the ballpark of 600 YTL/month. Part-time work isn't really done here. Even more sadly, entry-level nurses make about the same as stockers in a supermarket. You really can't live on that--generally Turks in that income bracket live with their extended families (no way to swing living costs otherwise)and go out to eat maybe once a year.
