Anyone know of any Hitler quotes?

Does anyone know any quotes, poems in Turkish about a soldier going to war?

  • I would like to know some Turkish sayings, quotes, poems or even lyrics and it ALL HAVE TO BE IN TURKISH about a father who is a soldier ( in this case a colonel/ albay ) going to a war. The reason why i need it is because my father might be departing for ISAF and he's going to stay there a month long, and i would like to have some sayings about how unhappy you are that your father is going to war and such. it doesnt necessary has to be from the daughters point of view, it could be just in general. I would be really happy to know a few, especially if the quotes could be from a childs perspective of a father going to war, and them feeling upset/scared/ depressed. I am Turkish myself, but since i live in a foreign country, i do not know how to write it or find some in Turkish since i'm in an international school and my Turkish isn't all to perfect. thank you very much. • Answer:

Here you are: Bayrak Ey bir muharebe meydanında Avuçları kanımla dolu, Kafası gövdemin altında, Bacağı kolumun üstünde, Cansız uyuyan insan kardeşim! . Dear, most of the Turkish poems or songs are related to mourning after a soldier and I am sure you don't want your father to be sad. If you are a child of a soldier, then you should know that even though you feel upset, scared or depressed, you are supposed to look brave and fearless in order not to demoralize him and encourage him. I believe that you should tell him in your own words that you will miss him a lot and you want to be with him as soon as possible and he has to be careful with himself not only for his soldiers but for his family that will be waiting for his return in good condition. Don't forget to mention that you are proud of being his daughter. Soldiers have a difficult time for being away from their loved ones already so I don't believe he needs to be more depressed. As a soldiers child, your duty is to keep his mood up, not down :) That is my personal idea, of course.

i agree with Ipek K if your father is going away, he won't want to read depressing poems about children missing their fathers. I'm sure it will already be extremely difficult and heartbreaking for him to leave you. You should just speak to him yourself and explain how much you'll miss him and that you are proud to be his daughter :)
