Wheres a good lively hotel/apartments to stay in at Gumbet?

I want to travel to gumbet end of july and want to be in a hotel where there is other young (20s) people as obviously want to make friends and dont want to keep getting ssshh from older people! Also be good if its near the night life? Thank
