What is the name of this turkish or persian song?

What is the name of this song, it seems its in persian or turkish with some english lines... i heard it at this fashion show i attended: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LH4wTqHHWg The music plays just after 16 seconds into the video. If you dont know the name of the song can anyone write down the lyrics they can decipher so that i can use those to locate the song? Thanks,

the original song is karmacoma by massive attack but there is a guy singing (in arabic, or indian??) in the background. they must have combined karmacoma by another song (sounds indian)
