Is downloading free music in Turkey illegal (ie Bearshare/Limewire)?

Downloading music whithout paying the people who made this music is illegal EVERYWHERE.

its illegeal everywhere im not sure but i think they call it KORSAN but i dont know.LimeWire is only illegeal i believe when you load the music to the cd's and then sell them but thats all i know

downloading music is an illegal and unethical action in every country of the globe because you steal the creation of a fellow man!

Yes it is, but no one comes to your door because u downloaded music from internet like they do in Denmark (i have a friend who had to go to court for that, his Finnish mate had to download stuff and send to him instead afterwards) tho Türk telekom recently opened up a service where everyone who is a member of its ADSL service is able to download free music in a wide choice of available albums they offer. I don't how wide the choices are, since I forgot my password to the site and feel to lazy to phone them to get it. The unlimited ADSL owners who pay 40something YTL (nothing extra is being paid for downloading music from their services) get to download more than the others or maybe unlimited. Some newest albums included mostly from Turkey I guess, including Tarkan's If it's music u want, sign up for Türk Telekom's service I'd recommend. I hereby have to indicate that i whole heartedly hate Türk Telekom for its past and partly its current practices.
