Kemer is very nice, but warm (also the sea is warm). Don't book hotel under 4*, if you haven't already. Bring a large bag to buy bottled water (you must not drink tap water) outside your hotel, much cheaper but they usually don't allow you to bring it inside. Bring very light clothes. Turks are very hospitable and freindly, don't refrain from barganing in shops and bazaars - they just love it. Watch where and what you eat.

Hello, I am Turkish and I recently visited Turkey, it was WONDERFUL! 1) Clothes. During the day, it gets HOT. So you definitely want to pack lots of shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, etc. HOWEVER, Bring a light jacket just in case you wanted to go out in the night. It sometimes gets a little chilly in the night. Also, SWIMSUIT. You most DEFINITELY want to swim in the ocean in Turkey, so bring your bathing suit.BUT, also bring sunscreen that has high SPF, because you can get VERY bad sunburn there! (happened to my sister =p) *Just like the guy above said, there is A/C in hotels, so don't worry about that. 2) If you are going shopping or want to shop and the guy/girl gives you a price, don't accept. Play with them and try to lower the price. EX: You want to buy a cool looking vase and he offers 15 Lira. Haggle and try to lower the price to 10 Lira or something. This is very common in Turkey. 3)Turkey is an AMAZING place. It has exotic landmarks and Beautiful views. The people are nice and friendly there, so never be afraid to stop and ask for something...BUT, if you are going to ride a Taxi, they ARE sneaky I'm going to have to say sadly. Usually if you are going somewhere that's not too far, it usually costs around 10-15 Lira. If they offer something that's WAY far off that range, that's because they know you are a Tourist and they'll try to get more money out of you. One Taxi driver in Istanbul tried to get 400 Lira out of a New Netherlands couple! So be careful. But usually those are in big cities. Since you are going to Kemer, it might differ, but it's still a good idea to know this. I hope you enjoy Turkey A LOT! Honestly, I'd go to Turkey every year if I had the money!

Let me add a couple more to other people's answers: It is really really hot around there so don't pack any jackets, sweaters or anything like that, in no way you can wear them. Also be careful about direct sunlight, don't overdo sunbathing as it can be dangerous, use sun spray. Make sure to get a room with a properly working air conditioner. Don't underestimate the weather. Yeah, I pretty much hate the heat.
