Do national TV broadcasts ever have regional commercials?

When you compare the turkish TV commercials with the US/European TV commercials, what do you notice ?

• In most of the turkish TV commercials, it seems that advertising is considered as an "art"...They apparently try to make some elaborated videos,as if it was a movie, but according to me this is completely wrong and sounds so fake...Their only "art" is just the " art of selling", as the real purpose of a commercial actually is... Most of the time the turkish screenwriters tend to think that the audience is a little naive (and even stupid). I may be mistaken, but that's the impression that I feel, as the "plots" of these commercials usually show a cheap sens of humour and a kind of generalization concerning the "average" Turkish citizen....And actually I think that this is almost childish... I suppose that my living abroad makes me have a different way of analysing this tendance... What do you think?
