Sorry to say there is none. Not in any Turkish universities either. Finnish is spoken by only 6 million people in the world and thus is not teached very widely. I guess you have a Finnish girl friend, that is by far the biggest motivation for foreign men to learn Finnish, no problem with me. You have actually only three real alternatives. 1. Apply for a scholarship in Finnish University to study Finnish 2. Go to south coast of Turkey, meet all the thousands of Finns traveling there and start learning with them. 3. Study on your own from books and recordings.
