What about the quote? Let the Us spend all they want on health care. Canadians still live longer, and are healthier on average. As for spending more money in the 70's/80's, I haven't the slightest, but I find that hard to believe with the jump in cancer treatments and research for the thousands of diseases and ailments out there.
