How do you know if a pool stick is quality made?

Ever used an Action Pool Cue Stick?

  • Im looking to get a cheap new cue stick to take to the pool hall. What I want to know is, have you ever used an Action Cue, and what did you think?( in terms of quality, shaft, tip, durability, etc.) These cues are very nice looking and VERY low in price. (Which worries me.) How to they stack up against a Players Pool cue? I have two Players Pool cues and I am quite satisfied with them. Oh and dont just tell me that both are crap and i need to spend 300 dollars or more on a Meucci, Viking, McDermott, Lucassi etc. I already own two Vikings and a McDermott and yes they shoot very well but I want something around $40-80. What is the best I can get with that? So what do you think of Action Cues compared to Players Cues? Is there another cue brand in this price range that you recommend? Thanks and Happy Pool Playing

  • Answer:

i've played guys like you before they "pretend" to play crappy with a $40 stick....then they magically play great with a $400 stick ....does the word "hustler" sound about right?......i've got two words for you.... JACK - ASSE !!
