Did any of you catch the song that was playing in the background while the Germany partner figure skating was waiting for their results tonight? It was Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus! Can you believe that? I mean...the Olympics are not in USA first off, and why the hell would they play Miley Cyrus at the Olympics. Haha, i am just very surprised.

I noticed that too, it was LIVE on TV! Speaker's volume on tv was set on medium.

i noticed that too, but i think the disk jockeys don't pay too much attention to the context of the songs...the songs are just there to serve as entertainment to pass the time in between skating pairs, and most of the time popular mainstream music is played. FYI...they also played taylor swift's "you belong with me", too!
