Hi smile!, You have to prove first to your people (your city) that you have the 'guts' to be in the Olympics. That implacate that you have to be the number one in the sport that you are working on. After that you have to compete with other cities in your country, once you've proven that you're the best. Then you're selected to be in the Olympics representing your country (the most beatiful thing you could feel). I hope this helped!
