How to make a rip from gymnastics heal?

ok so i have had lots of rips befor but not this bad. and i have a meet saturday and need to get bars in a lot because i struggle on them. so my rip is about and inch in diameter and is a really deep bloody one.... what can j do? anything helps

First, you want to peel off all the dead skin. Put some neosporin (if I spelled it correctly) and put a lot of tape on it when going on bars. You want the tape to be tight
I have the same problem! I usually cool it off and clean it, then tape it till it heals. Mine just healed but they usually come back... @ the meet u might b able to keep ur hands tapped or wear a special type of gloves... good luck!
