  I'm concerned about your first farm, Leon Eq because they want to create the illusion of being a high-performance barn, but their website listing 2010 shows hasn't been updated. Also, they don't list the credentials of the trainers who'll be giving lessons to beginners. I'm a little concerned, too, that the focus on this place is more toward selling you a horse than teaching you to ride. Just a vibe I got... the sale pictures have no current listing information - which could indicate a high turnover - and the owner's introduction paragraph seems to focus on his ability to 'match horse to rider'. Gold Country, your 2nd link seems to be a bit more focused on their lesson program, though they also have forgotten to list their instructors qualifications. I like the fact that they work with the Girl Scouts and use the word 'horsemanship' throughout their website. They list only 3 horses for sale with snippets of information on each. It makes me think they aren't a sale 'factory'. It looks like a smaller, less pretentious facility, but I like the 'feel' I get from their website. As for the last one, Los Lagos Horses... well, they don't even have an active link to their 'New Rider's section, so you can be sure that's not the focus of their facility. It appears to be more of a boarding/ sales facility for more advanced riders. Their sale page has horses priced at $60k+.. I believe for now RidgeGold is probably your best bet.
