• Ive been a horse racing fan for about 3 years now, im looking to get in to the betting side, nothing big just want to try it out. Does anyone know any good free horse racing betting systems? If their aren't good free ones id be willing to shed a few bucks for GOOD horse racing tips! Please only people with actual EXPERIENCE answer, I need a solid horse racing programs!

  I'm doing the HCG diet right now following the 21 Day program from http://prohcgdiet.com So far it is working nicely. i take the drops 3 times a day and eat the very strict 500 calorie diet. its been about 10 days and ive lost 10.2 lbs. the results are fast and i feel great. i think i look alot lighter than the 10 pounds shows. as far as side effects, i have not encountered any so far, except that if you stray from the diet it will not work at all. it even causes you to gain weight if you drink alcohol or eat to much sugar/carbs. also, you cannot exercise heavily or your body will go into starvation mode and hold fat. im hoping to lose another 10 lbs. in the 11 days i have left in this cycle. if you decide to try it, you just have to be very dedicated and DO NOT CHEAT, no matter how badly you want a cheeseburger!
