Song used in Channel 7s coverage a ad or promo for the Melbourne Cup in recent years?

I'm looking for the song they used i'm guessing for an ad or promo for the Melbourne cup and spring carnival for horse racing. They used this song alot and i know it may have been a popular song i'm guessing a few years ago. As i can't remember any lyrics i'll try and give as much detail as i can. its some kind of dj song mix with female vocals, although shes not saying many words....i think she normally says the phrase " i'm 'something' away ".. if u need a bit more info, plz reply and i'll try and hope
