How to convince my parents to buy me a horse?!?

• Hi :) So let me inform you of our situation. We live on 20 acres of property most of it pastured off and we have a very nice barn. I barrel race with my two sisters and am involved in 4H. My older sister has 3 horses at the moment and me and my younger sister have one. I have been riding horses for 8 years now and gamed for 5. My older sister has had 2 horses for 4 years now and now has 3. Me and my younger sister have always had 1. Now since I sold my last horse only recently 1 month ago I got a new 1. She doesn't know the patterns yet and I am not keeping her consistenly on them to sour her. But I ride almost every day for 3 hours a time. My horse really could use a break. Before I got Cheeka (my current horse) I fell in love with the neighbors horse that I have been riding since I was 10. He takes terrible care of his horses and is losing his place so he hasn't been feeding them for over a year and a half and has lost his water rights this summer and so the pasture is dead.They are trying to drink out of the pond but it is frozen most the time now since it is winter. We have reported him multiple times but the people that come out don't know much about horses and say "oh they look fat" but they look fat cause they are bloated with worms cause he never deworms them. He has 6 horses. The one that i really would like to become mine is 18-22 yrs old. The no feeding is showing up on her older body and drives me to tears every time I see her. She lets anyone ride her and do anything on her. I would not barrel race her. I just want to get her back into well health then when she is I would use her as a trail horse. She is such a sweet heart and it kills me to see such a thing happen to her and let alone his other horses as well. I have made a 2,000 word essay and a nice collage of me and her and am saving up my own money to pay for her and her health needs but I am going to have to have help with the money from my parents. I am wondering what else I could do to convince them to help me purchase and help this wonderful horse? As for the other horses I am sharing them in the community and am going to keep reporting him as much as possible until something happens. We have been feeding them our own hay and giving them water everyday now for a while. I just want to let you know we are taking this as seriously aas possible and doing everything we can to stop it from continueing. They are already looking much better since we have been feeding them. We will find them all homes that know about horses since we are big in the horse world. But if there is any chance I can take this one horse for myself then I will try as hard as possible to make it happen. So any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for reading!

  Hi, umm first off dont you think its a little un fair your sister gets the horses and you only get one that you have to share? anyways I would probably report the people that come up there and look at the horses to the police station or something. That is sad how those people are treating those horses. And sounds like you have done everything to convince your parents I would just save as much money as possible and keep doing what your doing ;) good luck;)
