Good horse tips for me?

What kind of bit would be good for my horse? I would also like tips on my riding on my YouTube channel?

  • Okay so currently I use a western one-ear bridle, and I hate it because I don't like super long reins! The bit is really strong, I forgot what it is, but for those who compete in 4-h the horses head set should be long and low, gently tucked in, Unfortently I can't use the western bridle for shows. What are some really strong bits that would be good for an English bridle? Oh and if you're completely horse crazy (like me haha) email me sometime. I also have a YouTube channel dressagejumpingrocks, it's not the best, but it's just some clips of me riding, no harm is there? I would like some tips on my eq and just you know horsey stuff in general!

  • Answer:

Work with a trainer to wean your horse off of that bit. Get him back to working and responding in a snaffle.
