I have a sports invention/with a provisional patent. How do I get it mass produced for the public?

I have a sports apparel invention that would be extremely useful for horse racing enthusiast(as well as other sports and games). I already have obtained a provisional patent, but the cost for a utility patent is very expensive. I would like to get my invention out to the public, but it needs to be mass produced. What would be my best options in making this become a reality?
