Can I pass as an American with my accent I'm impersonating (I'm not American, please read the details)?

It's obviously a good midwestern dialect. If you did it without a dialect coach then congratulations. Accents only bother stupid Americans. One thing that is helpful is you use standard American English grammar. You will find that differing grammar will get a stronger reaction then just an accent. Russel Peters is a Canadian comic who does routines on accents including those from the Indian subcontinent.
