Where can I find Tax abatement for newly formed Indian companies (pvt ltd)?

I am in the process of registering my company as PVT LTD in India. The company is providing Matrimonial based services. I have not got any appointed any CA for auditing purpose. I know that one point of time I have appoint a CA, but still before doing that I need some basic Information which I can ask him before selecting him. Thanks Venkat

Fill your return honestly. Do not fudge your expenditures and do not vis in excess the Holy places wasting time and energy to please the God in return of unholy tax cut. Rest leave it to Tax collectors .
